Yes all of them smoke except my 2 year old

So at what age did your kids start smoking?  And my next question is smoking around them to much when they were young didn't cause them to hate it and not want to smoke?  I do want my kids to smoke and start pretty young but I'm not sure what the right way to do that would be I dont want them to hate it I would prefer that they enjoy smoking.
