Some ways I fantasize about being used by a White owner:

Forcibly regressing me into an ignorant nigger by punishing me every time you catch me reading anything, not letting me watch the news, etc.

very interesting ideas! I love the way you think. especially the regression one... it sounds like it would be very effective

in regards to the shock collar one I have experience with that one as I wear a shock collar myself but it is not used in quite the way you described.
