MOTHERLESS HARDWARE UPGRADE
I know everyone is mad about thumbs & content not loading. We are aware of this issue and it's due to our storage servers being totally over loaded. When this happens connections to s1-s6 hang and get ignored, thus never loading the requested thumb, file or whatever.
Anyway, I've been saving my milk money and I bought us $8,500 worth of hardware. We got 2 new storage boxes, 2 new webservers and 2 new mogile trackers. The awesome thing is we got 6x64GB SSD which we'll use these to store all of the site's thumbnails and member avatars. This is going to speed shit up like crazy and will put the final touches on our rig.
The new servers and drives will be arriving at our datacenter on tuesday the 7th. It will take MadCamel a couple days to get shit setup and to move the data over.
So by Friday we will be sitting pretty. I know everyone is getting sick of this shit... fast, slow, fast, slow... The good news is we have the BW issue under control. We have our site software under control now too. We've been needing this hardware upgrade for three months now... but since ~$9,000 isn't easy to come by, we've been making due with duct-tape. heh... anyway, those times are over.

**COMPLETED** / SITE UPGRADE + HARDWARE & BANDWIDTH
Hello people. I'm sorry I haven't given you guys & gals an update in a while, but we've just had our heads down working. So we have a new site version being launched on March 1st.
We're also getting 4 new storage servers along with 2Gbit/sec lines added to our rig. This is a similar upgrade we did back in Dec 2010- but we've had so much growth since then that all that extra juice is gone.
This will be a 40% increase in Bandwidth and we're getting it from HE.net. So it's different from Cogent and will perform better.
Since the launch of the credit system we have more money to pump back into the site- which is what I'm doing. Speaking of the credit system I've been reading some real stupid shit from some people. We know that you guys provide all the content... I was very careful not to take anything away... Upgrading to Premium give you features that cost us money. (no ads, faster speeds, upload priority). We have some new Cam software coming out and soon we'll have a Motherless Phone Dating system that will be using credits.
I'm sorry things have been on the slow side, but come March 1st we'll be in good shape and will be nice and fast once again. These new storage servers will be in a different datacenter which will give us more stability and will make it easy for instant BW upgrades. I'll be staying on top of our available resources and will make sure we don't have another long period of saturation.
The new site version will have CRAZY new features and hundreds of BUG fixes... no joke. Headz has been working like a dog. Here is a little list:
* A totally new upload process. New uploader, new processing producer which is much much more reliable.
* We have a new Upload Previewing system which will catch more questionable content and speed the queue up. (you'll be able to upload from windows)
* We have upgraded the user stats- so no more vanishing numbers.
* We have added a member site ranking system.
* Galleries have been rewritten and all bugs fixed.
* We have a new version of Chat which will allow more people to connect.
* We will be upgrading the entire Paid Cam section.
* We are adding a Phone Dating system just like the Paid Cams.
* Upgrades to Search and Groups.
* Much Much more.
As always I really appreciate your support and patients. Please hang in there with us and we will not let you down. We're stepping up our game...

NEW SITE VERSION
Hey guys. So if you haven't noticed we made some design and functionality changes. It will take some time to get used to, so don't hate it without giving it a try.
I am totally open to suggestions. I want everyone to know that we'll be fixing bugs today and making small design fixes. So please don't start bugging out- we know whats broken and it will be fixed today.
With regards to speed- we have a shit load of new servers arriving shortly which will allow us to eat up the extra BW we aren't using right now.
Again, I know design changes are hard at first- but they really do make the flow of the site better. and yet again, we will be fixing and adding stuff over the next couple days.
If you have POSITIVE input on some design changes we've overlooked please post them here. I will be checking this thread all day.
