Here's my problem with the gov't. They handing out so much to poor people, that there's no incentive to go to college. Who pays for all of it? Entrepreneurs, business owners, and workers. The more a worker earns, the more taxes they pay. Wouldn't it make more sense to foster more college grads? Wouldn't it make more sense to say "hey, we're not going to give you a free ride forever... instead, we'll give you a free ride for 5 years while you get a college degree...then you have to start paying back to the system". But they don't. They do have some grants, but they still just accept that 1/2 the nation is broke and needs "assistance".

They need assistance staying within an economic system that has failed them. Give them each an acre of land to do self-sustaining living off of. Let them be their own boss. I can uderstand why they'd rather be poor and live off the government when the alternative means they have to work for some shithead boss the rest of their life that treats them like crap.
