Pick up a cheap enema bag at Walmart for less than $10. Most pharmacies carry them also. Get the enema bag, not a one-time use bottle filled with solution. Just use warm water and don't take more than about 8 ounces of water up your rear at once. Do it a couple of times in a row after you poop or about 30 minutes before you want to have sex.
Some newbies like to use condoms as that makes things easier if there is a little mess. Always a good idea to have a roll of paper towels handy just in case. Most times there is never a problem so go for it and enjoy!!!!

Definitely use an enema. Fill your rectum with it and void into the toilet until it comes out clear and no chunks. Should take two or three times. Just refill the bottle with warm water. You can insert the nozzle standing up, laying on your back, or on all fours. Just find the position that lets you get as much of the water in the bottle in you.
