Generally speaking, uploading the media in reverse order would display it the right way round in the gallery (last upload received = first upload displayed). However, if there are differences in file size this will affect the order somewhat as some of the larger files will take longer to reach us than the smaller ones do. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee the order they are displayed in when this is the case.
However, you can use the upload manager to create a new gallery and manually add them in the order you wish them to show (remembering that the last one added is always the first displayed, so add them in reverse) http://motherless.com/media
