I am also a huge fan of seeing girls embarrassed publicly. The first time I got off on it was back when I was about 12 and a girl in my class was putting the retractable movie screen back up and a screw head got caught on her skirt. Pulled it up past her waist and she wasn't sure if she should be trying to reach up to free her skirt or try to cover her panties from being exposed to the whole class with her hands. her face was so red. I think back on it all the time. I have even exposed other girls publicly in situations like that by making it seem accidental but its really well thought out. Including my own daughter and wife.
