need to know what format the files are in. are they on a windows pc? right click on a file and get the info from it. What program do u use to view them with? Many programs will have a way for you to export the file in different configurations such as audio only. Good luck, would love to hear.

Are .avi files, yes on windows pc. Now i found a software named virtualdub, i try with it, but i'm not expert of audio/video editing.

You can open something called sound recorder on your windows machine and press record as you are watching the AVI movie. The sound is captured. Save the file as a WAV file and you can upload that or search for software that can convert WAV files to MP3 files. MP3 files are much smaller in size so faster upload times too. I dont know what files Motherless accepts. - Good Luck

if you are using Windows XP then goto your programs > Movie Maker. File> Import into collections > select the video file to import. Say OK.it will import the file to your movie maker collections.
Then just the select the import file to your audio frame in the bottom. Do not drag the item to video frame.
Goto file > Save Movie > Save the file where ever you want. Just ope then created file check it.
Or go to Youtube and copy/paste watch?v=zRKYBMAjXrQ in the URL
I do love moaning... hope the guy keeps his mouth shut for most of it.
