ok, bro. The dick and the nuts you have are fine, BUT you need to seriously work on stretching your foreskin because judging by that other picture you probably could not pull it open until your teenage years or later.
Those of us with foreskins have to stretch it hard on daily basis so it does not squeeze the dick. If it does it will be not only painful but also you'll ejaculate very quickly and disappoint the partner.
You can also go to urology and just ask them to do an adult circumcision surgery to solve the problem.
Aside from that I recommend you not shave the hair around the dick and balls.
