Help, I'm having trouble lasting "long" in bed.

I tend to go through "phases" where I can as last long as 15-30mins, and sometimes ~10mins. These phases can range from a month or two.

I'm 25 y/o 5'9 150lbs. Not in the -best- shape but I do exercise about twice a week and tend to eat on the healthier side, i.e not a lot of junk food.

I do tend to masturbate once a day if I do not have sex that day.

Some stories for context:
After breaking up with my girlfriend of 4years (towards the end i was having trouble lasting long) I've had around 3 one night stands, and all 3 times I lasted well over 20mins. One times we had been drinking, which i find helps.

I was recently dating this girl, we've been together for around 2 years now and in the beginning we were having sex almost 4-5 times a week. But recently its been cut down to around 1-2 times a week because of schedule. In recent times it has been harder for me to last longer than 10mins.

I guess I'm wondering if you guys have had any insight on any exercises or maybe food to avoid or other suggestions :D

HELP ME "seduce" my friend!

I need some advice. I've totally neglected my personal (dating) life and I was a workaholic. Now I'm staring at 45 and I have no wife or kids.

What my parents can offer is a ready made wife that will start popping out kids. But again will a 23, 24, 25 year old get on my nerves because of the age gap? I am in excellent shape and most people think I'm maybe 35.
